Established in 1996, the company supports some of the world’s largest multinational manufacturers across the microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device industries.

Job Purpose:

The Support Administrator plays a key role supporting a replenishment and maintenance program on a large multinational customer site. The role will involve customer service, administrative support, coordination of resources, and ensuring accurate data management. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills to maintain the efficiency and reliability of the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing project tasks identified by the Program Manager.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all queries related to the program.
  • Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation, maintenance, and restocking activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine locations, inventory levels, and service schedules.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to track machine performance, stock levels, and usage trends.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, etc.
  • Input, edit, and maintain information via detailed inventory management software system as required.
  • Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information.
  • Compile and manage the regular communication of various reports to customers.
  • Other duties, as required.

  • Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Tech savvy individual with previous experience using software systems e.g. SAP, Microsoft Projects etc.
  • Previous experience using all MS suite, proficiency using Microsoft Excel is important.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a friendly manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with extended period on your feet.      
  • Flexible to take on additional duties as required.
