Job Purpose:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, restocking and repair of vending machines and smart cabinets to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. They will be managing an established technical program at a customer site, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role involves managing personnel, technical project deliverables and administering system data for the systems on site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the customer site to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage system data (user accounts, product setup, system configuration and updates).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, while supporting on-site users with system related queries/issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, company, and customer standards.
- Lead and manage the on-site team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Manage staff performance, provide feedback, support development, manage time & attendance, etc.
- Support the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels in place
- Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy and ensure all related actions/queries are dealt with promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, understanding stakeholder needs and expectations, ensuring they are met.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks to maintain operational stability.
- Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to optimize operations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business on-site, improve operational efficiency, and program effectiveness
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Ensure all operations adhere to company standards and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field desired.
- Experience in people management.
- Proven track record of managing/supervising teams.
- Strong technical acumen and proficiency with software systems.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation & analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
